Returns and complaints

Right to return for refund:

– in case of purchases made in our online store you always have the right to return for refund, except for the purchase of products from the “Workshop” tab

– we accept returns for 14 days from receiving your order

– you do not have to specify the reason for the return or justify it

 

We have the right to refuse a refund when:

– the return is made outside the 14-day period

– the item you are returning has defects or damage that it did not have at the time you received it, or shows signs of use

 

HOW TO RETURN FOR REFUND?

 

Returned items should be:

– unused, clean, with original tags attached, i.e. in the same, impeccable condition in which you received them.

 

Safely pack the returned item(s) and:

– enclose a return form. It is necessary to complete and enclose it with the returned product(s). You can download the form from the link placed at the end of the Terms & Conditions

– enclose the receipt or invoice

Processing refunds for accepted returns:

– your refund will always be issued the same way your payment was made

– if your order was paid on delivery, the funds will be transferred to the account indicated in the return form

– the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).

 

 

COMPLAINTS
